Heart Expansion Meditation

This brief guided visualization will help you connect with your heart-space quickly and with great ease whenever you wish too.

You can listen here on the page or download the meditation to your own computer. We recommend listening to it a minimum of three times over three consecutive days. However, you can listen to it as often or as infrequently as you desire. Should you be entering into a stressful meeting or emotional conversation, use it as a tool to center and balance your energy.

Find a place where you will not be disturbed and just allow the words to flow over you. If you find your mind wandering or chattering, simply let those thoughts go without attaching to them. If they are important, they will come back when the visualization is finished.
