I am committed to creating emotionally safe learning environments for professionals to explore, practice and master new skills while providing support for the discomfort that comes from change. My aim is to help strengthen connections between people in the workplace, the home, and the community. I believe that Navigating Challenging Dialogue® provides the pathway to better communication, facilitates more productive collaboration, and builds bridges across  divides. It is these outcomes that fuel my mission and purpose in life and provide the foundation for my work with Beth Wonson & Company.

My work has been shaped by my professional experiences as a special education teacher, seasoned team development facilitator, and educational consultant. My work is enhanced through personal yoga practice, volunteerism, and world travels. I draw on this rich history as I bring learning to life through engaging activities that foster social emotional awareness and growth for all participants.
