Implementation Options

  • Onsite Training: We can conduct a live, facilitator-led workshop for your executive leadership or leadership teams.

  • Public Workshop: You can attend one of our live, small-group intensive workshop that we offer a few times a year.

What Participants Can Expect

  • Demonstration and hands-on practice of the foundational components of Navigating Challenging Dialogue®, and development of new, effective leadership skills.

  • Experiential activities working with your real-life scenarios to better learn the tools and strategies in a meaningful way, discussing concerns and challenges, and heading-off imminent problems.

  • Individualized support and spot-coaching for implementation and next steps.

  • Exploration of each team member’s DiSC profile, and how understanding these patterns of behavior can be leveraged for the good of the whole.

Requirements Of Each Participant

  • Agree to actively participate and engage with integrity, respect, timeliness, honesty, kindness, and confidentiality.

  • Complete an Everything DiSC online assessment we’ll provide to you via email.

  • Submit, anonymously, at least one real-life scenario to be used in the exercises.

  • Complete the Workshop Assessment and Feedback forms.

  • Worksheets and materials you need to effectively use these skills, plus to mentor and coach your team.

  • 12-months enrollment in our Mentorship & Mastermind Program – a continuation of the workshop that includes:

    • Monthly, live mentoring mastermind sessions (90-minutes each) to dive deeper into this work, refine your skills, learn new skills, and receive spot-coaching.

    • Our monthly, live Navigating Challenging Dialogue Cafe: a 60-minute video call to converse and connect with everyone in the M&M Program.

    • The M&M Resource Center where you’ll find session video replays, audio downloads, additional resources, and the private, online Discussion Area for intersession sharing, questions, and connection

    • The Workshop Resource Center where you can download the course worksheets, and forms.

    • PLUS one 30-minute Goal Setting call with Beth Wonson (within next 12 months).

  • Eligibility to apply to become a Master Facilitator.

  • Credentials for your résumé and personnel file.
