“I knew that my leadership methods were not getting the results I desired. I wanted employees who sought accountability rather than waited to be held accountable. I wanted to empower my team so that they would be better able to use their strengths and experience to move us forward. I knew I needed tools to give honest feedback while still being empathetic. I also knew that I would have to make some changes if I wanted to see changes in my team.

When I finally decided to carve out time in my schedule for training I learned that it was something I should have done a long time ago. The Leadership Certification Workshop gave me the opportunity to learn and practice new skills that are shaping me into a leader who inspires, motivates, empowers and fosters accountability. I love the monthly Mastermind sessions and ongoing access to the Resource Center which have provided so much value beyond the initial 4 days. I now have the support network I need to continue my growth.”
