Every one of us carries around an unwritten rule book with our individual guidelines for living, working, and relationships. Unfortunately, these rules aren’t based on real facts or evidence. These hidden beliefs are generalizations, frequently born from a Flawed First Fact, and they furtively guide – or even limit – the choices we make and the actions we take.
