  • There are times when most everything is going well but one pesky challenge gets in the way of forward progress. I bring my years of experience and resources to the table as we work together through facilitated problem-solving and uncover the path forward. This single session typically runs 90 minutes.  

  • Designed for clients who are ready to architect a new level of career success and level-up their leadership skills. Often incorporates a blend of skill-building components, leadership advising, and tactical coaching. Includes inter-session support via email to resolve situational, time-critical issues. This program typically runs 9 months.

  • For high-value employees who have stagnated at their current level, and need to make a breakthrough to reach a new level. Incorporates skill-building components, situational problem-solving, and tactical coaching.  Includes inter-session support via email to resolve situational, time-critical issues. This program length is customized.
